So if you want to be a vegetarian. Research foods with complete protein sources Ie. Tofu and quinoa, and foods with incomplete proteins ie. Whole Grains, nuts and Lentils and how to mix incomplete proteins. B12 is also important. You can get it from dairy or fortified soy milk.

then learn to cook all this stuff. The more you learn about how and what to cook. The easier you'll find being a vegetarian.

Take it slow.

I didn't know any of this when i started and i became very sick.

if you ever want to know anything else. you are more than welcome to : ]

yeah I went vegetarian for about 4 months my senior year of high school it was good I loved it, I only stopped because my friend was doing it with me and he wanted to eat meat and wouldn’t do it unless I did it so I felt bad as though I was stopping him from doing something and I don’t like feeling like I’m holding someone back from doing something (I now realize it was dumb and I should have stay vegetarian because I wasn’t doing nothing to stop him) so i ate meat again so he would be able to. =/ and I’ve just haven’t went back yet.

Luckily I didn’t get sick those four months because I really didn’t know what I was doing health wise.

but thanks if I have questions when i stop eating meat again I will surely ask if I can’t find it on google =]
